We will reopen submissions to new vendors for the 2027 season on November 15, 2026
Current vendors may renew their booth during the fair or retain their booths by the November 15th Submission Deadline .
CURRENT COTTON FAIR VENDORS
Current Cotton Fair vendors will receive emailed contracts within two weeks. No need to re-apply to the fair, you can decline or accept your new contract for the 2027 May Cotton Fair.
If you have not already committed your spot during the October Cotton Fair, you have the opportunity to renew and lock in your current location and booth rate before November 15th’s deadline.
After the November 15th deadline, your booth location will no longer be guaranteed, and will be open to relocation by another vendor.
