Chef Terry Koval’s Captain T’s Fish Camp At The Cotton Fair

New to The Cotton Fair, Captain T's Fish Camp!

We welcome Chef Terry Koval to the Cotton Fair. The Fish Camp will be serving up Southern favorites, fried catfish with all the fixings, along with the Captain's breakfast.

Chef Koval is a dedicated advocate for sustainable sourcing and for championing local farmers, allowing him to work closely within the communities he serves. He has built three successful establishments rooted in his farm-to-table philosophy: The Deer & The Dove, B-Side, and Fawn Wine & Amaro. In 2023, he was awarded the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast, and both The Deer & The Dove and Fawn have been recognized in the Michelin Guide.

It is through his connection to the land, local communities, and their people that inspires Chef Koval to celebrate Southern cuisine and its rich heritage. We are excited to bring Captain T’s Fish Camp to the fair, and you can find its location at G1 on the Cotton Fair map.
